Lime Bay at Tamarac is an Age 55 or Older Housing Community located at Tamarac, Florida. Lime Bay provides beautiful park spaces and scenic lakes as well as walking and biking trails that are perfect for getting some fresh air. These active adult condos offer residents a low-maintenance lifestyle with plenty of activities and social events to keep them entertained and relaxed all year long. The well-appointed clubhouse has everything homeowners would want or need without having to travel far from home. Located in Broward County, active adults have plenty of options for recreation outside of the community, such as parks, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. Condos are located within three-story buildings that have elevator.

The central hub of social activity and physical recreation is at Lime Bay's clubhouse. Residents gather at the clubhouse for meetings, events, and parties. They can also stay healthy by visiting the fitness center where they have access to cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. After an invigorating workout, homeowners can relax in the sauna. Neighbors can play a friendly game of billiards or socialize in the multi-purpose room. Outdoor amenities are sure to keep residents active as well. The sparkling pool and spa behind the clubhouse are perfect for enjoying the warm weather. There is also a satellite pool nearby so homeowners are never too far for a quick swim.
